Jalapeno Pepper

Artichokes
The artichoke harvesting season starts from mid-January until April. The finest quality artichokes are typically found in January and February, and they are usually smaller in size compared to those harvested during other times of the harvesting season
Varieties of pickled Artichoke :
1: Quarter artichoke : Diameter 2*3 cm & 2.5*3.5 cm & 2.5 * 4 cm
2: Hearts artichoke : 25 to 35 p/kg
3 : Bottom artichoke : Diameter 3*5 cm
4 : Sliced artichoke : U shape artichoke , Fittina artichoke, The thickness of the artichoke slice is 0.5 cm .
Shape: Available whole with a stem or cored.
Color: Red.
Preparation: Normal with brine: Preserved in a brine solution.
With sugar: Preserved in a sugar solution.
Size: Measured by diameter, falling into three categories:
Small: 25 to 30 mm in diameter.
Medium: 30 to 35 mm in diameter.
Large: 35 to 40 mm in diameter.
